Another Year, Another Injury

Adrenaline Rain

Jogging through a perpetual pre-Thanksgiving monsoon, the tears from the sun and the onset of the droll winter harnessed in vituperative raindrops, a mile was reached in a solid effort of 4:36. The First Day 11-15-09

While not reaching into a bare cupboard, there exists ample room for improvement in strength, technique, and flexibility. Over the next two months due to increased training efforts, a trend of improvement shall become apparent. Hopefully.

A time of 1.53-1.58. Not a bad effort for the initial campaign.

Missed the ball completely. Heavy squats and cleans await.
